Locations of Diaries

Locations of Diaries is the third version of photography exhibition by Ph.D. Remigijus Venckus. Previous exhibitions were based on photography experiments, in this show viewers will see documentary images created in Poland from 2009 till 2013; full collections of images from Krakow (from the cycle Krakow’s Diary, 2013) and Warsaw (Poland’s diary, 2009). In 2018, the new exhibitions representing author’s personal view of different countries. The focus is based on the daily life of local peoples which is characterized by places, native rituals, architectural spaces, etc. The images do not look as taken by a common traveller. In exhibition new narratives do not look as stories from easy recognisable country.  It is a link to the authors feelings of the past; it is a sign of the non-existing time and space reality.
